Alumni news and events
On 5th May 2016, we held our first reunion, and welcomed about 20 past recipients, spanning several decades of awards, as well as councilors, supporters, and board members...

Historian Anne Kershaw, who received a grant in 1988, spoke of the impact her scholarship had on her career, networking, understanding of her industry, and personal growth – a fascinating story. Her journey took her from history through museum studies to art and teaching, with many awards for excellence along the way.

The group was also welcomed by community dignitaries, who noted the breadth of expertise and skill in the assembled alumni, and the value to the community of encouraging such talent.
